Financial Crisis.

Last 2 months(February),i was so surprise that my bill reach about RM95..i was check through the online bill statement every 25th month. I notice the GPRS being use so much capacity as high as 2.9GB,WTF. I never use GPRS so much before,what the heck goes wrong?damn it,of course a week after this,i called their customer service to make a inquiry. There is a stupid girl answer my question wrongly,what a lame girl. I ask her to terminated my access to internet which mean potong gprs connection since i no need it.She replied me that if potong liao,cannot surf internet even there is wifi around my area. I terus bo mood to talk with her,cause i knw she is stupid and very dumb,know nothing about technology,im almost want to scold her vulgar but due to the conversation is recording,so i control my behave....

So i decided to turn off the gprs connection through online account,what a lame customer service they provide.And the 2nd pic is my March bill, RM40 only included the RM20 monthly charge,RM5 item billing list + usage(sms and called).Im the type rarely used hp to call ppl 1...no gf to call,no friend to call,only call family,lol. By the way,im feel very sorry for the girl i ask her to sign up d m*x*s punya cheating plan and end up billing cost rougly same as my February punya bill..sincerely apologize to her...><.

 

And very bad luck,damn it...car's windscreen kena batu,break 2 spider web hole because of the work!!!Company dont have this kind of claim,i was OMG. My windscreen doesn't come with insurance after i asked my dad,this lagi jialat!!! My windscreen tinted with good grade v-kool which cost RM500,walao eh. The cost of replacing new windscreen is RM700 without tinted 1. So decide to replace it lo,no choice lo,the holes are too big to fixed by silicone glue,and i dont want suddenly broken during driving....scare my hancur. The total loss is RM 1.9K= RM1200(Original windscreen with tinted) + RM700 (to replace my windscreen).

I angry to max because of this windscreen and because of the fucking work. The phone bill is jz peanut compare with this.
